Course Summary
This session will review the basics of infection and inflammation imaging. There will be a discussion of the various available radiopharmaceuticals along with review of clinically relevant cases. In the tradition of prior ACNM Flipped Learning courses, there will be a limited set of cases for the attendee to review prior to the webinar. During the live webinar, more details will be given for these cases as well as the addition of other cases. All cases will available for re-review after the webinar, also.
Course Objectives
1. List benefits to different radiopharmaceuticals for imaging different types of infection/inflammation.
2. Examine drawbacks to different radiopharmaceuticals for imaging different types of infection/inflammation.
3. Review cases related to infection/inflammation and additional correlative imaging as needed.
