ACNM Intern (2017-2019)

Carl Odom, MD, MS is the ACNM Intern (2017-2019)

Dr. Odom is a diagnostic radiology residency at Memorial Health. In June 2017, he completed a PGY-4 nuclear medicine residency at the Ohio State University. He also served as the NMRO Secretary from 2016-2017.

As ACNM intern, Dr. Odom would like to continue to learn about the ACNM, more specifically about the governance, goals, and involvement in education. He believes that advocating for new tracers, especially for PET, and increased utilization of radiotherapies will be important for the future of nuclear medicine.
